Vantage Financial Group LLC ("Vantage," "we," "us," or "our") is a family-owned retirement income planning practice based in Kingwood, Texas. Founded by Mike and Ruth Snasel, we help retirees and pre-retirees create reliable, tax-efficient lifetime income through coordinated retirement income planning, tax and distribution strategies, long-term care planning, and legacy and estate planning.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website at vantagefinancialgroup.net ("Site"), our educational workshops, seminars, and webinars, and through any direct communications with us.


Required Regulatory Disclosure: Investment advisory and financial planning services are offered through Simplicity Wealth, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser. SEC registration does not constitute an endorsement of the firm, nor does it indicate that the adviser has attained a particular level of skill or ability. Insurance, consulting, and education services are offered through Vantage Financial Group LLC, which is separate and unaffiliated from Simplicity Wealth, LLC. Investments involve the risk of loss.

We do not collect sensitive financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or investment account details through our website or event registration forms.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information you provide will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data and consent information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.

SMS CONSENT — TCPA DISCLOSURE

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any Vantage Financial Group LLC registration or contact form, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Vantage Financial Group LLC, which may include:

  • Workshop, seminar, and webinar registration confirmations and reminders

  • Lifetime Income Roadmap appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Follow-up scheduling messages related to your inquiry or consultation

  • Announcements about upcoming retirement education events in the Kingwood and Greater Houston area

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your registrations and event activity. You may receive up to 6 messages per month. Normal messaging rates apply.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Vantage Financial Group LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges you may incur. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Stop Receiving Text Messages

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at (844) 582-2731. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you choose to re-subscribe.

No Mobile Data Shared with Third Parties

No mobile information, including your phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent Is Not Required to Attend Our Events

SMS consent is not a condition of attending any workshop, seminar, or webinar, or of receiving any service from Vantage Financial Group LLC.

When you register for an event, request your Lifetime Income Roadmap, or submit a contact form, you consent to receive email communications related to that registration or inquiry. We may also send periodic educational newsletters or announcements about upcoming retirement planning events in the Kingwood and Greater Houston area.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Transactional emails — such as appointment confirmations or event registration receipts — may continue until your engagement concludes.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, understand how visitors use our Site, and measure the reach of our retirement education event promotions. This may include:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers that help us deliver our programs and manage communications — including our CRM platform (GoHighLevel), email delivery services, webinar and seminar hosting platforms (such as Zoom), and scheduling tools. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.

Simplicity Wealth, LLC — Affiliated RIA

If you express interest in personalized investment advisory or financial planning services during our consultation process, your contact information may be shared with Simplicity Wealth, LLC solely for the purpose of scheduling a financial planning consultation. This will be disclosed to you at the point of collection. Simplicity Wealth, LLC maintains its own privacy practices in accordance with SEC requirements applicable to registered investment advisers.

Vantage Financial Group LLC and Simplicity Wealth, LLC are separate and unaffiliated entities. Any referral to Simplicity Wealth, LLC for investment advisory services represents a potential conflict of interest, which we disclose to you here and at the time any such referral is made.

Texas Insurance Licensing and Regulatory Requirements

In connection with licensed insurance activity in the State of Texas and other states where we are licensed, we may be required to share certain information with state insurance departments, insurance carriers, or other regulatory bodies as required by law or in connection with your request for insurance-related information.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by applicable federal or state law, court order, or valid governmental authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vantage Financial Group LLC, our clients, or others.

Business Succession

In the event Vantage Financial Group LLC undergoes a sale, merger, or transfer of business assets, your information may be included in that transfer under the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

If you voluntarily share written feedback, a testimonial, or a comment about your experience with Vantage Financial Group LLC — through a post-event survey, feedback form, email, or social media — you grant us permission to use that content for marketing and educational purposes, including on our website, event landing pages, email newsletters, social media promotions of our educational workshops and seminars, and printed seminar and event materials.

Testimonials for which compensation exceeds $1,000 in the preceding 12 months will be subject to a written agreement. We maintain documentation of all testimonials consistent with applicable recordkeeping standards. We will not use testimonials or endorsements from any person subject to a disqualifying event under Rule 206(4)-1(b)(3).

We will request your explicit written permission before publishing any testimonial that includes your name or image. You may choose to be identified by first name and city only (e.g., “Susan, Kingwood TX”), or remain fully anonymous. You may request removal of any published testimonial at any time by contacting us.

Testimonials reflect the individual experience of that person only and are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of results for any other person. Individual experiences and outcomes will vary based on personal financial situation, goals, decisions made, and factors specific to each individual. The experiences described may not be representative of all clients or attendees.

Testimonials on this site are solicited; however, no cash or non-cash compensation was paid. Because testimonials are provided by existing clients, there is a potential conflict of interest as we provide services to those clients.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our Site and communications may include links to third-party websites or external resources such as our social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), our ADV 2A, or Form CRS. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site and encourage you to review their policies independently.

Our webinars may be hosted on platforms such as Zoom. Our seminar and event registration and marketing funnels are managed through GoHighLevel (GHL). Your use of those platforms is governed by each platform’s own terms and privacy policies.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. As a licensed insurance business operating in Texas, we retain client and attendee records for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with Texas Department of Insurance record-retention requirements and applicable state insurance regulations. Records related to our affiliated investment advisory relationship are retained consistent with applicable recordkeeping standards.

If you request deletion of your information, we will accommodate that request to the extent permitted by our legal, regulatory, and insurance licensing obligations. In some cases, we may be required to retain certain records regardless of a deletion request.

11. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act and other applicable state and federal law. Notice will be provided through email or written correspondence to the contact information you have on file with us and will describe:
